I have always been fascinated by all different forms of art, and over the years I have become specifically interested in photography. Around junior high into freshman year, I became friends with a few people who had cameras and we would often take photos together. That motivated me to take a photography class to work on my technique.

     Throughout this class, I have learned many valuable skills such as working with lighting and using different camera settings. I have also been able to expand my ideas and become more creative overall. I really enjoyed this class because it allowed me to work by myself on some projects, and it has forced me to work with people on others. I have also become more confident in my ideas by being surrounded by encouraging people in a creative environment.

     In the future I would like to purchase my own DSLR camera and continue to work on my skills in photography. I plan on testing my creative limits and working with new people on future projects. I hope to gain more knowledge through other photographers in the future to improve my own work.
